  • Donut tray


  • cup erythritol.
  • 6 large eggs.
  • ½ cup butter (melted.)
  • ½ cup coconut flour.
  • ¼ cup almond flour.
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg.
  • Cooking spray.

Donut Topping:

  • ½ cup almond flour.
  • ¼ cup walnuts (finely chopped.)
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened.)
  • 1 tbsp erythritol.


  • Preheat the oven at 175°C.
  • In a bowl, mix together coconut flour, almond flour, erythritol, flaxseed, bakingpowder, cinnamon and nutmeg until well combined.
  • In another bowl, mix together vanilla, eggs and melted butter until smooth. Pourthe egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until combined.
  • Spray a donut tray with cooking spray and evenly pour the mixture into the donutholes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together the topping ingredients until a moist mixture is formed.
  • Sprinkle the topping evenly over each donut and bake for 15-18 minutes untiledges are lightly browned.
